The Browser Advert is one of the most powerful mediums on X/procure® Pharmacy. Situated on the home screen of the system, the browser effectively brands the home screen with your Advert. The Browser Advert allows multiple page navigation to be accessed from one main page (up to 5 impressions),
Advertisers can also run interactive surveys and competitions through the Browser Advert, resulting in intelligent reporting which can be used to measure the efficacy of such campaigns.
The screen savers activate when the ordering system is not used for 60 seconds. Screen saver adverts are limited to 20 advertising slots, which increases advert viewership, and rotates every 20 seconds, which allows for the advertiser's message to be clearly read and interpreted.
Screen saver adverts are loaded in a queuing format, which will result in the screen savers activating in sequence once interrupted by the operator. This means that if the sequence is interrupted after advert number 4, the screen saver adverts will resume with advert number 5 when re-activated.
The screen saver adverts are ideal for branding of products.
The default advert appears every time a product is ordered in a category where no other advert is available. This medium enjoys the highest viewership of all adverts on the ordering system and is successfully utilised where branding is of high importance. In the example above, Alkafizz is not being advertised, thus we have a default advert (Burn Rubber Advert as per above). On average, this advert is seen in excess of 1.2 million times per month.
The Intervention advert is another very popular advertising medium, as this advert medium allows the advertising client to intervene with their product at the point when the pharmacist is trying to order an opposing product. In the above example, the pharmacist wants to order Andolex Throat Lozenges, but we intervene with the advertised product and recommend Strepsils! Importantly, the pharmacists still have the option to either buy his/her original choice, or alternatively click ENTER and accept the recommended product.
The Message Service acts like an e-mail service built into the X/procure® System. It is being used within the X/procure® pharmacy community for communication between pharmacies as well as a medium for X/procure® to communicate with our pharmacy customers.This has resulted in the Message Service enjoying a high-frequency viewership.
Our latest innovation has seen this service being upgraded and with HTML technology. The example above illustrates a message being opened containing the exact replica of the advertisers' official communication. An illustrative advert can be utilised as opposed to the letter used above.
The Message Service enjoys high viewership numbers, as pharmacists associate this section with up-to-date communication on products, pricing, etc. Making the Message Service ideal for fast and effective communication.
The watermark (X/Points™ 4 Xtra Cash) appears in the background of the order basket while the pharmacist is placing orders on the ordering screen. Every time the pharmacist selects products to add to the shopping basket, the ordered products will appear in the shopping basket, which will result in the guaranteed viewing of the watermark advert, which ultimately leads to increased brand awareness.
The watermark advert is ideal for Corporate branding initiatives.
The Banner advert is limited to 20 per day and is the only medium constantly visible on the screen, no matter which functionality is being utilised at that time.
The ad can be designed as a static JPEG or animated GIF format, which allows simple frame by frame animation. The Banner can be linked to external webpages or X/procure® order screen, enabling the user to order the advertised brand immediately.

Only one Announcement Screen is displayed every day to each user logging onto the X/procure® system. The user must click the "OK" button to clear the screen, which results in a guaranteed view of the advert. This advertising medium generates up to 4000 views per day due to the number of unique users per pharmacy.
